The redesigned DSI by Rotoflex is a versatile die cutting platform. The reduced footprint, enhanced accuracy and increased production speeds offer converters a more streamlined finishing workflow.

The flexible design fits a variety of inspection systems and allows the die cutting unit to be disengaged for specific jobs, meaning it may be run as a slitter/rewinder or die cutter, accommodating more applications and job types and making it the most efficient die cutting system available.

Rotoflex DSI integrates the advanced and improved URC 2.0 Control System and eDrive 2.0 to increase productivity and maximize effectiveness. Exclusive to Rotoflex, these systems provide higher quality output with quick set up and robust job capacity.
