Fast Compact digital label finishing. This new design is more compact than the TOP330PLUS2 that it replaces, but which will remain available. First of all the design itself is more compact, but also the control stations for the UV curing and the Corona control stations are embedded inside the machine body. This reduces the floorspace required in your factory floor to a minimum.
The Rhyguan TOP330PLUS3 is a digital label finishing machine, that offers spot varnish and semi-rotary die-cutting into one compact configuration. This converting machine is available in two widths: 333mm (TOP330PLUS3), 420mm (TOP420PLUS3).
The TOP330PLUS3 machine is fully servo driven, starting with the unwind, the flexo, the die-cutting, including the rewind, and everything in between. That even includes the matrix rewind. The servo engines are digitally controlled. This provides synchronization across all servo-engines with precision timings and accurate step-and-repeats. The result is excellent tension control, a very smooth-running machine, and astonishing finishing quality.
